Focused Foundations is dedicated to empowering individuals with ADHD, and their families, through education and support. We understand the unique challenges and struggles that come with this condition but also the strengths and advantages. We provide a comprehensive approach to ADHD management, including education and support groups, individualised sessions, and education for all ages and stages of the diagnostic process. It's our goal to help individuals with ADHD build the foundation they need to thrive.
